Refund policy
Because our products are handmade, made-to-order, and perishable, we do not accept returns.
We take pride in the quality of our baked goods and want every customer to be happy with their order. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with photos and a description of the problem.
Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be offered at our discretion for:
Incorrect items received
Missing items
Products damaged during delivery
Quality concerns reported within 24 hours
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
Change of mind
Incorrect flavor or design choices approved by the customer
Orders that are not picked up at the scheduled time
Damage occurring after pickup or delivery
Products that have been left unrefrigerated or improperly stored
Custom Orders
Custom orders require advance planning, ingredients, and preparation time. Because of this:
Payments for custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may qualify for a store credit or refund, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for picking up orders during their scheduled pickup window. Orders not picked up as arranged may not be eligible for a refund.
